Cancellation policy for individual customers:
Any reservation can be cancelled free of charge provided that it arises at the latest 48 hours before the date of arrival mentioned in the booking confirmation letter. For any cancellation arising beyond this deadline of 48 hours, the night amount for the reserved room is due entirely. In the absence of other payment method, amounts due are charged from the credit card used for the concerned booking. In case of reservation concerning several rooms, all the rooms will be charged. This is applicable as much for the late cancellations, as for situations of no-show.
