General terms and conditions of sale
1. Services
All of our prices are shown and charged in Euros. All extras not included in the packages will be charged as supplements.
2. Deposit
All reservations are to be confirmed in writing (letter, fax, e-mail) to the hotel followed by:
- A Deposit equivalent to 50% of the provisional pro-forma after receiving our deposit demand at the confirmation.
- The balance is due 1 month before the Event.
- In the case that the Event is less than 1 month to date, a Deposit of 100% of the provisional pro-forma is asked upon confirming the event
3. Payment
All bills are to be paid at the reception.
4. Rooming List
The rooming list of the guests, is to be addressed to the Hotel no less than 1 month before the event, the total number shall become the total in which the final bill is calculated.
5. Billing
All individual extras not paid upon departure by the participant concerned will be put onto the final bill for the Event. All items not included in the Seminaire package are charged as extras onto a separate bill, payable upon departure. The Hotel is not liable for any extra charges applied which were not ordered.
6. Organisation of the Event
All guaranteed rooms are available from 3pm on the day of arrival, and should be liberated at 12 in the morning.
7. Responsibility
The Hotel and its personnel are not responsible for any theft or loss of any nature, whether it be the client/organiser, the participants or their visitors, except when it is in the hands of the Hotel.
8. Late Payment
For all late payments, under the conditions defined on the pages before, the interest of 1.5% of the total bill shall be added for each monthly.
9. Litigation
In the case of a lawsuit, the competent court shall contact the Head Office of the hotel.
Please note: The demand for a proposition by an Organiser does not commit a contract to either party. The validity of the offer, in particular the prices, is limited to the date mentioned in the proposition.
